I build the thing that thinks, and the thing people actually touch.

3rd-year BS Computer Science student at BITS Pilani, currently a Junior Developer at the Apple Developer Academy.

About

I'm Viraj — a computer science student who keeps ending up at the same intersection: on-device AI/ML and the native Apple stack. At the Apple Developer Academy I've built a bioacoustics pipeline that runs offline on a phone for a coral conservation community in Bali, a two-player AR horror game with its own custom spatial audio engine, a friend-availability app built on brand-new iOS 27 platform features, and a focus app that ships with its first real user feedback already shaping the roadmap. I also maintain RealityAudio, an open-source spatial audio package for RealityKit.

I like projects with a hard constraint baked in — no internet at the reef, two phones that have to agree on one haunted room in real time, an interpreter that has to work fully offline for the community it's built for. That's usually where the actual engineering is.
