A forwarded voice note should not play audio from another chat

The issue

Forwarding a voice note could autoplay the next note from a different chat. The player is shared and attachments can be deduplicated, so a completion in one thread could start audio in another.

The fix

The callback now carries the owning interaction id, so autoplay only continues in that same conversation.
